I really loved this game, simple enough concepts but I also found it fun and sometimes quite challenging. A nice light game to have :). Cute little game with an interesting take on the tower defence genre. Instead of the towers being stationary and procetecting your base the, "base" moves along with your, "towers" or as the game calls, "units". It's not too bad of a concept and from my personal experience the game plays well and does what it indends to do. Granted the controls feel a little weird since it's a port of a mobile game but they are quick to master since they are simplistic like most tower defence games. The characters feel mostly balanced and can be upgraded with stars to make them more powerful. You can gain up to three stars per level with a bonus forth star upon completeing the level's challange level.As far a game length goes it is rather on the short side with only fourteen main story levels as well as fourteen challenge levels. Upon completeing the main story you unlock two bonus stages as well as an endless mode and that is it. The story itself took about eight hours and that was only because I was trying to three star levels and got another almost five hours trying to do the challenges and then gave up on them due to getting the amount of stars I needed to level up the units.Over all I would recommend this game. If you are hesitent due to the short amount of content then I would recommend buying if it goes on sale or through a bundle site.. This game has an adorable aesthetic, and some interesting mechanics. I found myself fighting the AI on the harder difficulties, but otherwise, I've been having a lot of fun with the game.. Graphics: 7/10Music: 7/10Story: 1/10Overall: 7/10An adorable take on the Tower Defense genre. The presentation is simple and clean. The graphics are as simple as they can be, but manage to still be detailed and characteristic, making your units and the enemies easy to recognize even when things get more chaotic. It's the right amount of easy and challenging at once, offering different levels of difficulty for each phase as well as extra challenges which consist in completing the phase with certain handicaps, again with different difficulty levels. It's fun and easily addictive, though maybe not enough to get it at full price, it definitively is worth it during a sale.The game presents itself with a small twist regarding the Tower Defense, instead of having to hold your ground and protect your land/castle/whatever, it's you who is moving around trying to get from point A to point B while being assaulted by enemies on the way that try to stop you. This doesn't mean that you're the attacker, though, just that in this game your "tower" is on wheels and moves, represented in the form of Lunalie, the main character of the game who sets on a journey to find the whereabouts of her... Teacher? Mother? Sister? Friend? Someone who was casually there??? Either way, she sets on a journey and summons units to protect herself from all sorts of bandits and monsters.The major flaw I would see to this game is actually the story. There IS a story, it's absolutely just an excuse for the setup of the game, there aren't lines of dialogue or even narration as the times when the story moves it's done through wordless comic-like strips... But even if it's a "barely there" one, it still exists, and it's INCOMPLETE. I don't know if there was an idea of adding more levels (this pretty much feels like a mobile game so it would make sense) or a second game or what, but if you manage by some miracle to get curious about the story, prepare to be disappointed because it literally ends with a "to be continued" that never got fulfilled.. At first I thought this was going to be another Kingdom Rush clone, but I was wrong. Sure, the art style looks similar, but the gameplay is closer to Anomoly Warzone Earth, if you've played that game. Basically instead of building towers, you're the "mob" (so to speak) making your way down the trail towards the end goal, all while being assaulted, not by towers, but other groups of mobs. You have to protect the summoner in the middle of your group, because if the summoner reaches 0 health, game over. The summoner can summon several different types of units to protect her, like a warrior, archer, mage, rogue, and variations of those 4 basic classes. You can upgrade the effectiveness of these units using the stars you win after each level, as per usual, and there are "challenges" where you re-do levels with certain restrictions. Music is okay, although the sound effects get annoying after a while. All in all, I think it's a pretty enjoyable experience.
